Make a statement at the beach with this evil eye beach towel in soft Turkish cotton. Made from 100% Turkish cotton, the lightweight towel feels smooth against skin, absorbs well, and dries fast, a ready-made Turkish cotton beach towel for everyday use at the beach, pool, or spa.
The flat weave construction sheds sand easily and dries faster than a standard terry towel — making it a natural sand-free beach towel and a versatile pool towel in one. The bold black evil eye design adds striking contrast and a meaningful symbolic touch, rooted in the Mediterranean tradition of wearing the evil eye as a symbol of protection and good energy.
At 35" × 79" (90 × 200 cm), this evil eye towel is generously sized to wrap around fully and still light enough to fold flat into a tote or travel bag. It gets smoother and softer with every wash.

Get To Know YOUR Turkish beach towels
A Turkish beach towel, traditionally called a peshtemal, is a flat-woven cotton towel made on Turkish looms, finished with hand-knotted tassels. It has no terry loops, so it stays lightweight, folds flat, and dries much faster. Ours are woven in Turkey from 100% Turkish cotton.
Yes. Turkish cotton is a long-staple fiber, so it pulls in water quickly even in a thin weave. A new towel can feel crisp on the first use — after two or three washes the fibers open up and it becomes noticeably more absorbent and softer.
35.5″ × 79″ (90 × 200 cm) — longer than a standard 30″ × 60″ beach towel, so you can lie down fully without your feet in the sand, and still fold it smaller than a terry towel.
The flat weave has no loops for sand to lodge in, so a quick shake sheds most of it — which is why they're often called sand-free beach towels. Shake it out while dry for best results.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low, or hang dry to protect the tassels. Skip fabric softener — it coats the cotton fibers and reduces absorbency. Wash before first use to soften the weave and set the color.
