Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as well as UPS directly. We'll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

You can request a discounted return label from us — in this case, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
